In April 2023, the British men's fashion brand KENT & CURWEN and the high-end fashion
brand CERRUTI 1881 were acquired by Biemlfdlkk International,stablished in 2003 and
listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in December 2016, regarded by the capital market
as the first stock in China's golf apparel industry, to further promote the group's
brand diversification, internationalization, and high-end positioning.
KENT & CURWEN, a sports fashion brand that originated in the UK, was established in
London in 1926. With almost a century's history, it often uses the three lions, roses,
and armory insignia as common design elements and symbols. At present, it owns 53 stores
in China.
CERRUTI 1881, a global luxury brand that originated in Italy, was first founded in 1881
by Nino Cerruti, known as the "Father of Italian Fashion", specializing in men's
business suits, casual wear, perfumes and accessories. Currently, it has 46 stores in
China.

Cooperation Background
Regentsoft has maintained a long-standing good relationship with the luxury group
Biemlfdlkk, which focuses on golf.
Previously, Regentsoft has helped Biemlfdlkk in establishing the
management system that caters to the fundamental operations of the group: Integrating all
channels online and offline, enhancing delivery efficiency through automated distribution,
improving stock turnover rate through meticulous logistic control, and improving consumers'
shopping experience by perfecting the membership system.
Entering 2023, which happens to be the 20th anniversary of
Biemlfdlkk, it plans to make strides towards a global luxury group. In April this year,
Biemlfdlkk acquired the traditional British menswear brand KENT & CURWEN and the high-end
fashion brand CERRUTI 1881, further promoting the group's brand diversification,
internationalization, and upscale arrangement.
Upon completing the acquisitions, Biemlfdlkk urgently needs to
switch the old and new systems for these two international brands within a month, and manage
and operate the brands’ “in-out-stored-sold” business uniformly within the group. Against
this background, Biemlfdlkk is once again teaming up with its long-term cooperative digital
supplier, Regentsoft, to handle the rapid adaptation and launch.
Business Challenges
As the international brands "KENT&CURWEN" and "CERRUTI 1881" previously used overseas
systems, their IT systems were weak, and many business data were still recorded manually.
The original systems of "CERRUTI 1881" and "KENT&CURWEN" were
about to expire, so there is an urgent need to complete the launch of the new system within
a month to cope with the upcoming Golden Week holiday. Time is of the essence.
Solution
For these two brands, Regentsoft has newly built the NebulaRetail retail platform,
integrated the digitalization of the entire retail chain, and smoothed the entire process
from procurement, supplier management, inventory management, store management to data
analysis. This achieves unified information management of multiple brands within the group,
supports the rapid launch of new businesses, and helps the company reduce costs and increase
efficiency.

Supports full process tracking of procurement operations, real-time
synchronization and recording of procurement data, standardized management of suppliers, and
enhances procurement efficiency.
Inventory Management
Support regional management personnel to centrally handle store
shipments, replenishments, transfers, and other needs to ensure the accuracy of inventory
data.
Store Efficiency Improvement
Supports a series of business scenarios such as offline store billing,
cashier, returns and exchanges, inventory checking, and ending inventory to improve store
sales efficiency.
